The Opportunity
Peard Finance is seeking an experienced Finance Broker (Contractor) to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and professional broker who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Peard Real Estate's high-performing sales teams and external referral partners, generating a strong and consistent flow of leads.
Your Role
To succeed in this role, you will combine technical lending expertise with strong relationship-building skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert mortgage and lending advice to clients
* Building strong relationships with Peard Real Estate Sales Associates
* Attending weekend home opens to connect with prospective buyers and generate leads
* Managing loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
* Delivering a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Our centralised lead generation system connects directly with Peard Real Estate's sales and property management clients, providing you with quality opportunities and referrals

Your Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* The ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
* A proactive and driven approach to business development
