My client is a well-established Tier 2 electrical contractor and trusted delivery partner within the commercial construction and D&C space. They provide innovative, reliable and tailored electrical solutions across large-scale commercial developments, mixed-use projects and complex fit-outs. With decades of combined experience, their highly skilled team specialises in the design, coordination, installation and commissioning of electrical services on technically challenging commercial projects.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking multiple Project Managers to join their expanding team. These roles will focus on providing strong technical leadership across projects, working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors, and maintaining direct engagement with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
About the Role
* Deliver commercial electrical projects from award through to handover
* Manage multiple Tier 2 projects across fit-out, refurbishment and new build works
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, builders and consultants
* Drive program, cost control and quality outcomes across all projects
* Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with Australian standards
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end project management including programming, budgeting and resourcing
* Manage site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
* Coordinate procurement of materials and long-lead items
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and Procurement of all Major equipment and materials.
* Chair and attend site and client meetings
* Ensure WHS compliance and high-quality project delivery
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within a Tier 1 or 2 commercial contractor.
* Background delivering commercial projects (fit-out, base build, refurb).
* Electrical License.
* Strong understanding of commercial construction programs and methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
