Main Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Chief Engineer or delegate.
* Collaborate closely with the entire Engineering Department.
* Communicate effectively with staff from other departments as needed.
* Interact with external individuals such as contractors and suppliers.
* Prepare accurate purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of description and general ledger codes.
* Dispatch maintenance requests to relevant engineering staff and follow up on outstanding requests.
* Maintain open communication with resort departments regarding work completion, material arrival, and goods delivery.
* Ensure stationery supplies within the department are adequately stocked.
* Organize and file documentation efficiently.
* Perform End of Month reporting procedures for the Chief Engineer.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and report accordingly.
* Undertake project work under the instruction of the Chief Engineer.
Key Requirements:
* Prior administrative and/or finance experience is essential.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
