As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting ETS operations through the coordination of training activities and the management of compliance, training, learning and development data from our Murwillumbah office. This includes responsibility for LMS administration and the management of apprenticeship programs - ensuring their efficient and effective delivery.
Reporting to the National Training Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), apprentices, and external providers to ensure all training, qualifications, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a detail‐oriented environment, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and compliant learning frameworks. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including leveraging digital tools and emerging learning technologies to enhance training outcomes and overall capability development.

Desirable Experience
* Experience coordinating training programmes, learning activities, or professional development initiatives
* Demonstrated experience managing skills, qualifications, and compliance data with a strong focus on accuracy and audit readiness
* Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and training databases
* Proven ability to deliver work to agreed deadlines while managing multiple priorities
* Experience liaising with RTOs, training providers, apprentices, or compliance bodies (highly regarded)
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
