Elevate Health is a premium allied health clinic with over 10 years of experience, built on high clinical standards, collaboration, and genuine care for our patients.
We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, working alongside Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors, Sports Chiropractors, and Remedial Massage Therapists.
The Role
Treat primarily musculoskeletal injuries.Caseload includes private health, SIRA / WorkCover, and chronic management plans.Perform thorough assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and rehab planning.Collaborate and inter-refer within a team-based model of care.
About You
Strong team player with a growth mindsetConfident in MSK assessment and injury management.Passionate about delivering high-quality, individualised care.Values collaboration with Exercise Physiologists and other allied health professionals.must have current and relevent accrediations & up to date first aid and other relevent documents.
