About the Opportunity Fyfe is looking for a high-impact Corporate Reporting and Analytics Manager who will sit at the heart of the business, turning complex project and financial data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence performance, client outcomes, and decision-making. This role owns the data-to-decision pipeline; driving smarter reporting, automation, and continuous improvement across a fast-moving, project-based environment. The role can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide. What will you be doing? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights. Extract and manage datasets from project management systems, acting as the central link to ensure consistent, accurate, and reconcilable data. Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports to monitor performance across key client activities. Lead or support automation and digitisation initiatives to enhance client analysis and reporting efficiency. Deliver clear, customer-focused reporting, analysis, and insights that provide actionable guidance to management and internal stakeholders. Interpret and transform large, complex datasets into meaningful and actionable insights; proficiency in financial reporting, accounts, and methodologies is advantageous. Identify process inefficiencies and design improved future-state workflows. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support cultural change toward data-driven decision-making. Your background and experience: Ability to quickly learn project management systems and act as a key liaison between business unit teams and data outputs. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commence, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Query and/or SQL Server Databases is PREFERRED. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or commercial finance within project-based or complex operating environments. Confident communicator with the ability to educate and influence non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in, and motivated by, working in a professional services environment.
