Client Services Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational matters between our company and our customer airlines.
* Manage the 'day of operations' window on shift within the CSM team.
* E nsure your assigned portfolio of flights have the correct galley loading plans (GLP).
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with both our internal and external customers.
* R elay information for any changes to orders from aircraft such as delays, gate changes, pax numbers and meal specifications to internal departments.
* M aintain input of all records and data reporting into our various operational platforms and support systems, regularly reviewing and ensuring accuracy.
* P articipate in and ensure that audit and quality controls are conducted regularly.
The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge and experience in a Client Account Management role. Additionally, they should have hospitality, sales, or customer relationship management experience. Exposure to aviation, manufacturing, logistics, or bulk catering industries is desirable.
