Role Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. This part‐time role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a structured mindset, and a keen interest in supporting technical project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Administrator at Orise, you will:

* Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
* Organise project‐specific and EHS training sessions
* Assist with project controlling in SAP (target/actual tracking, cost control, reporting)
* Prepare reports for project managers and customers
* Coordinate project‐related invoicing and procurement (BANF, supplier communication)
* Maintain project data and storage structures
* Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams
* Support technical documentation and drawing submissions to customers

Experience & Background:

We're looking for an experience and capable Project Administrator, who brings:

* Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project and SAP is an advantage
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Completed commercial apprenticeship (or technical apprenticeship with relevant experience)
* Fluent in English; knowledge of local language is a plus
* Suitable for both early‐career professionals and experienced administrators
