Office Manager & PA to Director of Business Administration
Trinity College is seeking an exceptional Office Manager & PA to the Director of Business Administration to lead our Central Administration team and deliver high-quality support services across our College community.
As Office Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Central Administration Office, leading a team that supports students, staff, families, and external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for the planning, delivery, and quality of administrative services that align with Trinity College's mission and values.
In your capacity as Personal Assistant to the Director of Business Administration, you will provide confidential and proactive support across a range of functions, including College Transport services, the College AGM, and other strategic and operational initiatives.
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage the Central Administration team, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and responsive service.
* Support the Director of Business Administration with planning, diary management, and confidential administrative support.
* Coordinate the administrative aspects of College services, including Transport and the Annual General Meeting.
* Actively contribute to the Office Admin Managers Group and collaborate with leadership across the College.
* Communicate effectively with a wide cross-section of the College community including students, families, and staff.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, discretion, and service excellence.
* Ensure quality control across admin functions and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

* Proven experience in office management and executive-level administrative support

* The ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
* Experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable, but not essential
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work across functions with senior stakeholders
