Home and Community Care Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide personalized home care support to older Australians in Ipswich, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. As a Home and Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, including light house cleaning and meal preparation, as well as personal care, inclusive of showering, daily hygiene, and monitoring of health and wellbeing. You will also accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities, and provide support with daily tasks and routines.

Skill Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing Support or similar
* An Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with minimum third-party insurance
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
* Passionate about making a positive impact in our ageing community
* A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment)
