* Building and managing integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and external SaaS platforms.
* Creating solutions in Power Apps to improve internal and customer-facing workflows.
* Using APIs (REST, Microsoft Graph, GraphQL, SOAP, webhooks) to enable connectivity.
* Embedding AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI services to enhance processes and insights.
* Rapidly prototyping solutions using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude).
* Analyse processes and identify where automation or AI can deliver measurable value.
* Testing, documenting, and refining solutions to ensure they are reliable and maintainable.
* Exploring emerging technologies to continuously improve operations.
What we’re looking for
* Strong skills in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Platform integration .
* Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript or TypeScript).
* Hands-on experience with automation and integration across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
* Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP), data flows data integration (MS other services).
* Web development skills (React, Node.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind).
* Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
* 3+ years’ experience in automation, integration or development roles.
Bonus points for
* Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
* Exposure to AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Google AI, Hugging Face).
* Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also valued).
* Knowledge of containerisation or DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Certifications in automation, cloud, or integration technologies.
* Interest in LLMs, process mining, or Microsoft Fabric analytics capabilities.
Why join us?
You’ll be part of a small, innovative team where your work has real impact.
If you’re curious, pragmatic, and excited to explore AI in real-world ways, we’d love to hear from you.
