Customer Service Representative Job Description
This is a Customer Service Representative role that involves providing high-quality service to customers and assisting in the management of stock. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain safe working environments, and possess a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of stock;
* General warehousing duties as required;
* Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;
* Delivering products in work vehicle to customers;
* Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers; and
* Providing a high level of customer service.
