The Opportunity
As a Senior Accountant in our Griffith office, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners' next phase of growth. We drive a supportive, people-first culture and have a strong focus on well-being, development and clear progression opportunities.

Position Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
* Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
* Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
* Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
* Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
* Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
* Help provide exceptional service to our clients
About You
* 4+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
* Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
* Expertise in APS accounting software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
* Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
