Program Manager/ Team Leader- Disengaged Youth
Role Overview:
This innovative program brings together a dedicated team of educators, youth workers, and family support specialists to deliver small-group learning and wraparound support to young people aged 15-25 who have been involved in the youth justice system and are disengaged from mainstream schooling.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services.
* Ensure program outcomes meet contractual and stakeholder expectations.
* Build strong relationships with local communities, services, and stakeholders.
* Manage operational requirements.
* Champion the rights, voices, and wellbeing of young people in the program.
