The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Forbes branch, including processing customer orders, managing inventory, and performing general administrative tasks. They will also assist with sales, stock control, and dispatching of goods.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries
3. Process customer orders accurately and timely
4. Manage inventory levels and perform stock control
5. Dispatch goods efficiently and effectively
6. Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
* Requirements:
* Experience with Excel, SAP & PowerBi
* Strong computer literacy and MS suite skills
* Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sector
* Ability to work autonomously and in a high-pressure team environment
* Strong written, verbal communication & organisational skills
* Forklift ticket is advantageous but must be willing to obtain
