The Role
This role is about building a partnerships network, nurturing trust-based relationships and creating sustainable pipelines of referral business. The ideal candidate thrives in relationship-driven environments, understands Henderson’s unique value proposition and understands how to create win–win partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Channel Development: Identify, prioritize, and establish referral relationships across financial, legal, real estate, and professional service firms.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trust-based partnerships through regular engagement, tailored support, and proactive value creation.
- Network Expansion: Grow and maintain a high-touch network of partners through events, workshops, joint initiatives, and one-on-one relationship-building.
- Business Growth: Drive new client acquisition by consistently generating referral opportunities from the channel ecosystem.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Henderson’s growth objectives.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Henderson as a trusted partner, ensuring our brand is positioned as the preferred solution across partner networks.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver co-branded campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and impact reporting.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership activity, measure ROI, and report on key growth and relationship metrics.
What About You?
- Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or channel sales, ideally within professional services, financial services, or real estate sectors.
- Solid existing network or demonstrated ability to rapidly build trust-based relationships in referral-heavy industries.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of results.
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and strong execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.
