Earp Distilling Co is seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our culinary team full-time. Based in the heart of Carrington, our venue is home to a vibrant distillery, bar, and restaurant offering creative, seasonal food paired with world-class spirits.
As we continue to evolve our dining experience, we are looking for someone who brings energy, consistency, and creativity to the kitchen. You'll work closely with a tight-knit team of professionals to deliver high-quality, beautifully presented dishes across both à la carte service and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen during service.
* Ensure consistency and quality of food presentation and preparation.
* Support Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development, prep, and daily operations.
* Work across both restaurant service and private functions.
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Contribute to a positive team environment built on respect, communication, and pride in our product.
