This role is pivotal in managing environmental assessments, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project outcomes.The Planning Approvals Manager will coordinate the development and exhibition of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), manage engagement with government agencies, and provide strategic input to project design to mitigate environmental impacts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Environmental Representative (ER) to ensure regulatory compliance, support post-approval activities, and manage all relevant advisors and contractors, including budget forecasting and invoice approvals.Candidates must demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex envaronmental and planning frameworks.
