Customer Support Specialist (Voice, Email & Chat)

Department: Online Brokerage Platform

Role: Customer Support Specialist (Voice, Email & Chat)

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Cyprus) / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Cairo)

Location: On-site at NAOS, Maadi


Salary & Benefits:

* Base Salary: EGP 14,000 gross

* KPI Bonus: EGP 4,000 gross

* Note: No transportation allowance


Job Highlights:

* Serve global clients (North America, Europe, Asia)

* Assist via phone, email, and chat

* Provide system support and virtual assistance

* Emphasis on empathy, professionalism, and first-contact resolution
