Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to manage the planning and delivery of key components of the Queensland Transport and Road Investment Program (QTRIP).

You will lead a team of internal and external resources in delivering various programs, develop project management plans, report on progress and expenditure, ensure performance management systems are effective, evaluate project effectiveness, and apply relevant standards and policies.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and lead the delivery and ongoing development of QTRIP projects.

* Provide effective leadership to a team engaged in the delivery of various programs.
">
* Develop project management plans and report on progress and expenditure.
">
* Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of projects and determine changes to processes.

* Apply relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
">
* Collaborate with other project owners and managers to deliver complex cross-boundary projects.
">
* Provide expert advice and guidance on contractual management, issues resolution, and contract performance.

* Act as representative for the delivery of contracts.
