Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Installation and commissioning of equipment
* Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues
* Service and maintenance of installed equipment on existing sites
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions, as well as building mechanical services
* Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
* Previous BMS/DDC software engineering skills are preferred
* At least 5 years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
* Commercial HVAC operational experience
* Excellent communication skills and customer service
* A strong understanding of chiller/boiler and airside plant performance and design requirements
* An electrical license or restricted electrical license is essential
