Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle procurement, from ordering and delivery to off-lease and return management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external suppliers. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, negotiate prices, and optimize purchasing procedures to ensure efficiency and turnaround.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage all asset orders, ensuring procurement is aligned with company guidelines and meeting SLA's/KPI's.
* Vehicle ordering and supplier acceptances.
* On-time delivery management, including clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
* Vehicle confirmation and delivery processes.
* Off-lease/vehicle return management.
* Manage purchasing inbox enquiries within required time frames.
* Customer service responsibilities to clients and customers.
