About You
* Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
* Relevant experience in education, community relations, communications, or tourism.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Current WA Driver's Licence.
* Current First Aid Certificate (advantageous).
Job Role
* Organise and conduct tours of operational sites for diverse stakeholder groups, including schools, universities, government officials, business partners, and community leaders.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and processes to deliver safe and successful tours.
* Develop and update tour‑related materials such as procedures, routes, speaking notes, Q&A documents, presentations, and merchandise.
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the tour programme.
* Support virtual and in‑person tours as required.
