* Leveraging the HRIS platform to reduce administrative burdens and empower management teams.
* Leading consultative conversations with the executive team, ensuring alignment and transparency in HR initiatives.
Your Profile:
You are an experienced HR leader or senior business partner with a demonstrated ability to manage a growing team, implement IT-driven efficiencies, and guide better practices. You are skilled at building collaborative relationships across levels, thrive in hands-on roles, and are adept at navigating award frameworks such as the SHADS Awards.
