L.M Spa at The Mansion Hotel is currently seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our guest focused team.
About The Role:
- An amazing and rare prospect for an experienced, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team.
- Your main responsibilities will be performing massage, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
- Deliver the ultimate spa experience to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maximize up-selling and retailing opportunities for every guest.
- As a Spa Therapist you will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your clientele.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Hold a diploma of beauty therapy or Remedial massage
- Strong commitment to quality.
- A confident retailer.
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively under pressure.
- Organises time and work efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine, happy and optimistic person with a 'can do' attitude.
- A commitment to being the best they can be through continuous improvement and learning.
- Are passionate about the spa, health and well-being industry.
- The ability to work various rostered shifts, including late evenings and weekends.
- Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in the Spa Industry.
