Your next career opportunity As a Technical Consultant in the Citrix Platforms team at the University of Melbourne, you'll play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining cutting-edge digital workspace solutions. You'll provide expert technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Citrix endpoints across the university. Your responsibilities will include: Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for Citrix endpoint issues across the university. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with faculty staff, researchers, and clinicians to understand and meet their specialised technical needs. Innovation: Contribute to the development and implementation of new Citrix technologies and features to enhance user experience. Knowledge Management: Create and maintain detailed documentation, contributing to a robust knowledge base for the team and users.
