Golf Operations Manager Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily golf operations, including competition timesheets, scoring, and event management.
* Foster a culture of engagement among members through various competitions, championships, and events.
* Mentor and motivate the Golf Shop team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive retail success.
* Promote participation through junior and ladies' coaching programs.
* Develop innovative strategies for merchandising and sales.
* Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
* Manage cart bookings and maintenance.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional golfing experiences.
* Represent the golf club at external stakeholders, including Golf NSW, GA, and MiClub.
* Contribute ideas to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
