Customer Support and Administrative Role
We are seeking an organized and motivated individual to fill a full-time position as a customer support and administration team member.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customers, processing invoices and payments, organizing driver run sheets and paperwork, data entry using Excel spreadsheets, cash handling, and general office duties.
A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Office software programs is essential. The right person will be confident with computers, have strong phone skills, and be able to work autonomously within the office space.
This role suits someone who enjoys working around others but can maintain focus on their tasks. Full training in our custom Point of Sale software will be provided as well as all other areas.

* Attend to customers

Working Hours: Regular hours of work would be Monday to Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8 am - 2:30 pm.
