We are looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer to join our team. This isn't just about closing tickets; it's about researching new solutions, elevating client environments, and being a key player in a collaborative, high-performing MSP setting.
What You'll Bring to the Table
You're the person who looks at a complex network issue and sees a puzzle to solve. You have a \"client-first\" mindset and the technical skills to back it up.
Core Requirements:
* Experience: 3–5 years in an MSP environment (or similar multi-client provider).
* The Basics: A valid Australian Driver's License and full Australian working rights.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to stay calm when a client's server is down.
Technical Toolkit
We are looking for someone who is proficient across the following stacks:
* Microsoft Ecosystem: 1–3+ years of M365 Administration (Exchange & SharePoint Online) and deep familiarity with Windows Server OS.
* Cloud Environment Experience: Strongly preferred experience with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) for environment setup and management.
* Networking: A solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, and firewalls (bonus points for Ubiquiti, Meraki, or Cisco).
* MSP Tools: Familiarity with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., Datto, ConnectWise, Autotask).
* Infrastructure: Hands-on skill in deploying and managing workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and servers.
* Security: A proactive approach to backups and data protection.
