The ideal candidate will manage their financial process, from payroll to preparing accounts, playing a crucial role in the company’s continued success.
About the role:
As the Bookkeeper & Accounts Administrator, you will be integral in the company’s financial operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end payroll for all employees (~15);
- All invoicing, payments and collections (minimal);
- BAS and PAYG/superannuation;
- Participating in monthly accounts meetings; and
- Preparing and submitting accounts to the external accountant.
Along with your bookkeeping and accounts; you’ll gain unique insights into a specialised manufacturing process and the needs of multinational clients.
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end bookkeeping and accounts. You will also possess the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, from international clients to the team in the production area. The ideal candidate will be skilled, approachable and accurate.
