About the Practice An opportunity has opened at Oxley Dental Practice, a trusted and well‑established practice proudly serving our community for 28 years.
Schedule
Saturdays (8 am–3 pm) – Required
Monday – Preferred, but not mandatory
Sunday and other weekdays – Optional (flexible and based on availability)
Responsibilities You’ll take over an existing patient base with some book‑building required as we look to replace an outgoing dentist. You will be supported by a cohesive, friendly team who make sure you can focus on providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications / Requirements
Consistently high‑performing dentist.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Deliver patient care with compassion, ethics, and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly and present yourself professionally.
Growth mindset and open to feedback and learning.
Eager to develop a broad scope of general dentistry.
Hold AHPRA registration (unrestricted), a current Radiation Licence, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Available on required days (Saturdays).
Committed to participating in ongoing professional development (including our in‑house CPD).
New graduates and early‑career dentists warmly encouraged to apply – we’ll support growth with structured mentoring and clinical exposure.
Remuneration
Experienced practitioners (3+ years) – 40% commission.
Recent graduates – competitive remuneration package with tailored mentoring and performance‑based progression.
