Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair diesel and mechanical systems across farm machinery
* Assist with hydraulic system repairs and installations
* Fabricate and modify machinery and equipment to support farm operations
* Collaborate with stakeholders to meet specifications and standards
* Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery
* Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members
What We're Looking For:
* Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or Mechanical Fitter
* OR highly skilled individuals with equivalent hands-on experience
* Hydraulic fitting experience highly regarded
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with engineering drawings and fabrication standards
