Job Description
Credaro Family Estate is a family-run winery and farming business operating in south-west Western Australia. We have been in operation since 1922.
The Credaro family manages and farms 650 hectares with 140 hectares of vineyards across five sites, as well as running 2500 breeding ewes, avocado and pomegranate orchards.
Our wines are produced at our 1200-tonne winery in Carbunup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate open communication on HSE issues with staff and management.
* Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.
* Manage various administrative roles for HSE.
* Assist in the management of environmental programs.
* Develop risk assessments.
* Injury prevention and management.
* Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external bodies when required.
