Working in our online customer service team, you will handle online customer queries via our Live Chat system. To be successful you must: Be passionate about provide outstanding Customer Service and Sales advise to all Customers. Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others. Ability to multitask and maintain focus in an often-high pressure environment. Have retail or contact centre experience preferred. What we require: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be used via Live Chat and Email. Enthusiastic approach to work with a willingness to learn, a “can do” attitude. Strong attention to detail. Highly organised individual with strong time management skills. Ability to collate information from customers relating to their orders and relaying the information to relevant parties. Experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate service is provided. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (shift work – between 7am and 11pm).
