Utopia Gaming Systems is a leading gaming solutions provider servicing Australia's premier clubs and hotels.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable trainer to join our dynamic team providing high quality training and support to our customers in the gaming and hospitality industry throughout metropolitan, regional and interstate locations. You will have either a technician, training or administrative background in gaming and systems management or be an experienced trainer seeking the challenges of a new industry.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Delivering engaging face to face product and system training
- Providing support for gaming systems, to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectations
- Assisting venues with gaming reporting and reconciliation
**You will bring**:
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting or training EGM operating systems or similar
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team-player
- Drivers licence
- Ability to travel
- Ability to work business hours with rotating weekend support roster.
Previous hospitality experience that includes working with gaming and cash management systems would be an advantage.
