What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate bookings, schedules, and carrier space
* Liaise with transport, warehouses, and overseas agents
* Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance
* Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
* Handle invoicing and maintain system accuracy (CargoWise)
About You
* 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding operations/customer service.
* Familiar with CargoWise
