About the Role
This position will focus on our Super Premium brand ADVANCE within Mars Petcare.
* We're seeking a strategic Loyalty Manager to build and own our recommendation model, driving advocacy across key opinion leaders.
* In this newly created role, you'll design and lead end-to-end programs that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy— collaborating with stakeholders on delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Owning and driving lifecycle strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
* Collaborating with Breeder Services and Digital Marketing teams to deliver seamless journeys and segmentation that deliver measurable growth.
* Reimagining and managing the Professional Rewards Program and ecosystem to boost loyalty and long-term value.
* Defining and driving best-in-class experiences that delight customers and drive advocacy.
* Reporting and recommending strategies by defining KPIs, analysing results, and shaping go-forward plans.
