Workshop Hose Assembly Fitter – Responsibilities
Manufacture and test hose assemblies to Australian Standards.
Perform workshop duties including work orders, scheduling, fitting, and cleaning tasks.
Safely represent the company when on site, adhering to Workplace Health and Safety guidelines.
Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Use computer systems to manage stock control, purchase orders, invoicing, and customer enquiries.
Assist with stock receiving, storage, inventory checks, and maintenance of a clean, safe working environment.
Workshop Hose Assembly Fitter – Qualifications
Previous experience in hose assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of workshop procedures and safety practices.
Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physically fit to perform manual handling including lifting items over 25kg, reaching, twisting, and pushing trolleys.
Capability to work in both internal and external environments safely.
