We are looking for multiple System Support Specialist to join the team.
The System Support Specialist will provide support to all levels of our business, ensuring that the tech is secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
In this role you can expect to have the following skills:
* Diagnose and resolve network-related issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
* Work with Linux systems (CLI) where required and understand scripting
* Good trouble shooting ability - Wireshark/ Flow logs
* AWS experience.
* Experience/knowledge of basic networking:
* IPs/Subnets/VLANs
* Meraki preferred
* Default gateway
* Terrafom
