Office Support Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled Office Support Professional to provide vital support for day-to-day operations and employee engagement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean and organized office environment with well-stocked supplies.
* Manage office inquiries, coordinate with building management, and assist with office lease terminations as needed.
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff members.
* Monitor attendance and manage staff leave requests effectively.
* Oversee office expenses, maintain records, and ensure prompt payment of bills and invoices.
* Review and process reimbursement applications.
* Plan events that foster team spirit and engagement.
* Purchase gift cards while keeping accurate records.
* Compile and submit monthly work reports to headquarters.
1. Hold a degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. Have at least one year of experience in a related field.
3. Exhibit high standards of personal integrity, being trustworthy, loyal, honest, reliable, dedicated, and punctual.
4. Developed computer skills in Microsoft 365 and Jira.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. A keen eye for details.
7. Able to work autonomously as a team player.
* Proficient in English and Mandarin for verbal and written communication.
