Role Overview
* We are seeking an accomplished educator to spearhead our early childhood initiative.
* You will be responsible for leading your own classroom and collaborating with senior leadership members to develop and implement exceptional educational programs that foster growth and development in young children.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a senior educator or lead teacher in early childhood education • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people • Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation • Familiarity with child development principles
A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
