Fetch Mining Services have recently been contracted to supply 50+ Blue Collar Mining staff for an exciting new project in WA commencing ASAP. As a result we are seeking 2 experienced MEM supervisors for a long term role to lead a high performing team.

* 2/1 Roster - days and nights OT available

**Experience Required:****
* 5+ Years Experience in a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor position
* Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate to your team in a respectful manner
* Experience across a variety of Heavy Mining Machinery including CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi production sized machinery
* The ability to work in an autonomous role and lead and manage trades
* Trade qualification and must be prepared to support your team and get your hands dirty
* Section 44 / S26 Qualifications
Additional Requirements
* Pro active attitude - will need to lead without any hand holding
* Current Drivers Licence
* Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
* Will need 2 references for a similar role
* Ability to attend a teams or F2f interview with Maintenance Manager
