AFGRI Equipment is a global agricultural company and the largest John Deere dealer in Western Australia. We supply quality agricultural equipment, service and parts tailored to the need of farmers.

We are currently seeking an Helpdesk Technician (Level1/2) to manage and support a wide range of internal software systems, serving as the primary point of contact for user administration, technical support, and system-related communications.

Job Responsibilities

* Administer user accounts across all supported systems, including account creation, configuration, permission assignment, and deactivation, while ensuring sufficient license availability and compliance with security protocols, and company policies.
* Provide first-line support for system usability queries and technical issues, escalating to vendors or technical teams as required.
* Maintain and monitor technical support ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and communication of updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a structured knowledge base of internal systems documentation, including written guides and how-to video content.
* Coordinate small-scale projects and tasks related to system improvements, updates, or feature rollouts in consultation with business leaders.
* Maintain and review role-based permissions structures, applying approved changes and ensuring alignment with internal security and access protocols.
* Act as a central liaison for communicating known system issues, updates, and feature enhancements to the broader business.

Requirements

* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with project management and ticketing systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solver with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
* Experience with user administration and technical support for software systems is a plus.
