About The Role
We are seeking outstanding customer service focused Casual Shop Assistants to join our team at Surry Hills Op Shop.
Someone who is motivated, energetic and passionate about making a real impact in the Community.
What You'll Be Doing
Ensure shop finances are always secure, and a safe workplace is maintained
Provide excellent customer service and a holistic experience to customers
Provide leadership to Volunteers and be a role model to engender an environment where Anglicare's mission and vision are embraced.
Ensure Volunteers are supported and foster strong teamwork
Complete and submit appropriate shop paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
About You
Previous experience in a retail environment and a valid Working with Children's Check (willing to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to relate to a diverse customer group with compassion and kindness
Well-developed numeracy skills
