Industrial Electrical Contractor - WHS / OHS Manager
Albury, NSW – Full Time $100K+ (and above)
Our client is a leading industrial electrical contracting company employing over 100 staff, delivering electrical solutions to industries across the region.
Fully accredited to ISO 45001 with safety as core. Seeking an experienced WHS / OHS Manager to drive safety culture forward.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
* Developing, implementing, and maintaining WHS policies and procedures
* Conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
* Ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and all relevant WHS legislation and standards
* Leading safety training and toolbox talks for employees
* Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
* Collaborating with management and site teams to foster a strong safety culture
You are someone who takes workplace health and safety seriously with:

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a WHS role, ideally in construction or industrial electrical contracting
* Strong knowledge of NSW Work Health & Safety laws and regulations
* Qualifications in Work Health & Safety (Cert IV or Diploma preferred)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work proactively and independently
