Hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
Neutrog Australia is seeking a proactive HSEQ Advisor to lead safety, quality, and environmental standards across our growing manufacturing operation in the Adelaide Hills.
If you enjoy autonomy, embrace change, and want a role where you can make a real impact every day, this is an opportunity to join a business that’s evolving, innovating, and continually improving.
Why You’ll Love This Role
* Real influence - you’ll be trusted to lead day‑to‑day HSEQ activity and drive practical improvements
* Variety and challenge - no two days look the same, and you’ll work across WHS, Quality, and Environment
* Autonomy - you’ll have space to take ownership and shape how things are done
* Supportive leadership - you’ll work closely with managers who value safety and continuous improvement
* A unique environment - a hands‑on role within a growing, innovative SA manufacturer
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, embraces change, and is motivated by continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
As our HSEQ Advisor, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our safety, quality, and environmental systems by:
* Leading WHS activities, including risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
* Coaching and supporting teams to build strong safety and quality habits
* Maintaining and improving HSEQ systems, procedures, and documentation
* Delivering engaging training and toolbox sessions
* Supporting environmental management and QA processes
* Working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
You’ll be visible, hands‑on, and central to how we keep our people safe and our standards high.
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in WHS or HSEQ roles (Officer, Coordinator, or Advisor level)
* Confident in applying WHS legislation and quality principles
* A strong communicator who can build trust and influence behaviour
* Practical, hands‑on, and comfortable working closely with operations
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
* Motivated by improvement and continuous learning
* Experienced in manufacturing, agriculture, or similar environments (advantageous)
If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and being part of a business that’s always moving forward, you’ll thrive here.
