As a result of growth, we are looking for a Construction Manager to join our NSW team.
This senior leadership role reports to the State Manager and will be the first point of contact for our delivery teams and clients, tasked with supporting our people and project program to drive improvement.
Split between our Pyrmont head office and live projects, the focus is overseeing delivery and ensuring consistency in terms of safety, client experience and quality.
In addition to this you will be involved in:
* Strategy and leadership
* Tenders and new opportunities
* People and culture development
* Innovation and continual improvement
* setting up and delivering the NSW plan.
As the ideal applicant you will demonstrate:
* Significant prior experience in a senior role leading complex industrial, logistics, manufacturing or commercial builds, ideally overseeing multiple live projects.
* A strong sense of buildability, staging, and program logic.
* Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with variations, forecasting, cash flow, and protection of margin.
* A calm and professional presence with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and tenants.
* A genuine commitment to safety, quality and doing things the right way.
* Highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.
