Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior Engineer, Civil to join our dynamic and growing team at our Brisbane office. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal and lead a project delivery team, driving the successful execution of projects to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co‑ordination of designs and contract administration
* Develop relationships with clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
* Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
* Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
* Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement

Qualifications
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
* High level industry awareness and engagement
* REPQ certification desirable
