About the Role:
Your main focus will be to understand our clients' concerns and create personalised treatment plans that achieve their goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Performing face and body treatments using industry-leading technology.
* Guiding clients through their transformation journey and celebrating their results.
* Collaborating with a friendly, professional, and dedicated team.
* Assisting with general clinic and administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:
* A passionate beauty enthusiast who loves sharing knowledge.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent client experiences.
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
* A team player who values building relationships.
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (preferred but not essential).
* At least 2 years of experience in the beauty, health, or clinical setting.
* A genuine interest in body, health, and skin treatments.
