We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Specialist.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing allocated customers, providing exceptional service, and representing our organization in all lines of communication and support.
* This includes exploring and understanding customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges, proactively managing portfolio performance, conducting service assessments and rehabilitation interventions, and identifying key employers and relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or other equivalent allied health professions are required.
* A minimum of two years of experience in personal injury insurance is necessary.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities, are essential.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes is also preferred.
